Bondstones is our professional Rural Planning & Design Practice - Established in 2012 and regulated by the RICS we are now renowned (and in demand) for providing specialist rural planning and architectural consultancy to a variety of property owners and stakeholders.

Unlike the multitude of multi-talented land agents and rural estate agents out there, Bondstones only provide Rural Planning & Architectural services.  Our specialist Planning and Architectural team represents the rural landowning community in this niche area throughout England (and occasionally further afield).

We decided to create this micro-site specifically to help prospective customers in obtaining tangible value from our expertise in Class Q Permitted Development Rights (and the associated services that we can provide).
